    The “Controller” of personal data as defined under the Regulation is Bormioli Pharma S.r.l., with registered office at Via Corso Magenta 84, 20123 Milan (MI) and administrative headquarters at Viale Martiri della Libertà 1, 43036, Fidenza (Parma), Italy. The Controller of personal data has appointed managers of company departments as internal Managers of processing operations. Pursuant to article 28 of EU Regulation 679/2016, the Controller has appointed IAKI s.r.l., with offices at Via P. Panzeri 10, 20123 Milano, P.IVA VAT reg n° 04452600960 as external Manager entrusted with administration and running of the site.
    1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, even if not yet registered, and to the communication of such data in an intelligible form.
    2. The data subject is entitled to be informed as to:
    a) the source of the personal data;
    b) the purposes and methods of processing;
    c) the logic applied, where data processing is carried out electronically;
    d) the identity of the controller, of the persons or entities entrusted with data processing, and of the designated representative in the State of Italy, if appointed;
    e) the people or categories of people to whom personal data can be communicated or to whom such data can become known in their capacity as designated representative in the State of Italy, as managers or as appointed processors.
    3. The data subject is entitled: a) to request that personal data be updated, corrected or, if considered opportune, augmented;
    b) to request that personal data be deleted, converted into an anonymous form, or blocked if processed unlawfully or identifiable as data that need not be stored when considering the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
    c) to obtain certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b), and information regarding the content involved, have been brought to the notice of those to whom the data had already been communicated or disclosed, except where such compliance may prove impossible or would require the use of resources manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
    4. The data subject is entitled to object wholly or in part:
